WESCO's precision mechanical lift tables are designed for work positioning applications that require infinite height adjustment, permanent positional control, and maximum drift and tilt stability. The HCLT precision lift tables feature heavy gauge welded steel construction with a durable safety yellow powder-coated finish. Load positioning and stability are provided through heavy-duty lift screws at all four corners. Operator flexibility is ensured with crank positions at each end of the table. The tables are equipped with dual range gearing via a heavy-duty chain drive, allowing for a precise 1/8" lift per rotation and a rapid 1/4" lift per rotation for lighter loads and longer lifts. A 13" long crank handle with cushioned grip facilitates heavy load positioning, while the large 5" casters ensure ease of movement. Customers can choose between durable cast iron or quiet polyurethane casters, with each table featuring two rigid casters and two swivel casters equipped with integral brakes. For added security, a heavy-duty floor lock is included to supplement the caster brakes, ensuring the table remains stationary as desired.
