The ideal hot water solution for a variety of commercial and industrial applications requiring water temperatures up to 180°F includes a manual "test mode" that assists technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing under "maintenance mode," thereby reducing or eliminating the need for external tools. The product features self-diagnostics with intelligent controls that actively protect the heater in the installed environment. SafeStart technology is designed to engage upon start-up to help avoid dry-fire occurrences. The control system activates the heater only on demand, and a digital LED display with an accessible user interface communicates system status and heater operation feedback. The flow activation is set at 0.5 GPM / 1.89 LPM across the product line, and it comes with a custom mounting bracket and fittings that suit common plumbing connections (3/4" NPT). Temperature consistency is maintained at +/- 1°F or +/- 0.6°C output, and a high-temperature limit switch enables safe operation. Installation only requires one input water line, either cold or hot.
