The ideal hot water solution for a variety of commercial and industrial applications requiring water temperatures up to 180°F, this product features a manual "test mode" to assist technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing under "maintenance mode," effectively reducing or eliminating the need for external tools. It incorporates self-diagnostics with intelligent controls that actively protect the heater in its installed environment. SafeStart Technology engages upon start-up to help prevent dry-fire occurrences, while the control system activates the heater only on demand. A digital LED display provides a user-friendly interface that communicates system status and heater operation feedback, with flow activation at 0.5 GPM (1.89 LPM) across the product line. It includes a custom mounting bracket and fittings that accommodate common plumbing connections (3/4" NPT), ensuring temperature consistency with an output of +/- 1°F (or +/- 0.6°C). A high temperature limit switch is integrated for safe operation, and only one input water line, either cold or hot, is required for installation.
