The Master Lock® No. M5KALFSTS Magnum Laminated Steel Padlock is designed for enhanced security and durability, featuring a keyed alike system that allows multiple locks to be operated with the same key. This padlock includes a 2in (51mm) wide laminated steel body encased in a stainless steel body cover, providing maximum strength and weather resistance. Its 3/8in (10mm) diameter octagonal shackle measures 1-1/2in (38mm) long and is constructed from chrome-plated boron carbide, which is 50% harder than hardened steel, ensuring superior resistance to cutting and sawing. The 4-pin cylinder helps prevent picking, while dual locking ball bearings enhance resistance against prying and hammering. The Commercial Magnum design is specifically engineered to offer a higher level of weatherability and security, making it suitable for use in outdoor, corrosive, and caustic environments.
