The kit features corrosion-resistant nickel-plated finish adapters that are compatible with both flat and tapered seat plugs. It includes an extra-long 25" flex hose gauge assembly with a quick coupler for easy visibility in cluttered engine compartments. The 2-1/2" gauge has a chrome bezel and a rugged protective outer boot, with a dual scale that reads from 0-300 PSI and 0-2100 KPA. The complete package for compression testing on gasoline engines consists of a deep well connector for recessed plug well style heads, a new Ford Triton engine adapter for 16mm thread plugs, and includes an 8" deep well 14mm connector, a 5" flex Ford Triton 16mm adapter, a 12" flex 14mm standard reach, and a 12" flex 14mm long reach. Additional thread adapters for 10mm, 12mm, and 18mm are also provided, all packaged in a rugged blow-molded hard case with a removable lid, along with a repair parts kit.
