The Start International ZCM1000T electric tape dispenser is designed for thin polypropylene and packing tapes, automatically dispensing and cutting tapes up to 2" (50mm) wide with a precision accuracy of 1mm. This reliable and accurate tape dispenser has been utilized in demanding industrial environments for 30 years, making it ideal for medium to high production facilities. The ZCM1000T features a digital length adjustment that allows users to quickly program desired lengths, accepts tape widths ranging from 9/32" to 2" (7 to 50.8 mm), and dispenses tape lengths between 51/64" to 39" (20 to 999mm). The device operates via a photocell actuated feed and cut or a push-button mechanism, and it is equipped with an LED digital length display. It has durable blades capable of up to 200,000 cuts, depending on the material type, and a robust steel frame with a cabinet made from flame-retardant antistatic composite. The dispenser comes with a 3-in-1 core that accommodates 3" (76mm), 35mm, and 1" (25mm) rollers, along with an adjustable pressure roller for different tape thicknesses. It includes the ZCM1000T electric tape dispenser, a product manual, silicone oil, and a safety guard.
