Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil. The reducers are backed by a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. They are available in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
