Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are offered in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and are pre-filled with mineral oil. They come with a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears designed for improved rotation and quieter operation. The speed reducers are available in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), and B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be selected for enhanced versatility.
