Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes 37-97, supporting NEMA frame motors ranging from 1/4 HP to 30 HP, with speed ratios varying from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and is pre-filled with mineral oil. The reducers feature a 2-year warranty, ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, and precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce operational noise. They are available in three mounting styles: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered as options to meet various application requirements.
