Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, supporting motors with NEMA frame ratings from 1/4 HP to 30 HP and offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they are pre-filled with mineral oil. They come with a 2-year warranty and incorporate special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The speed reducers are available in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), and B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered.
