Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, come pre-filled with mineral oil, and carry a 2-year warranty. Key attributes include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears designed for improved rotation and quieter operation. The speed reducers are offered in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to accommodate different installation requirements.
