Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. Each unit includes a 2-year warranty. Key features consist of ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation and provide quieter operation. The reducers can be configured in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available for versatile installation options.
