Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes 37-97, and offer speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and come pre-filled with mineral oil. They carry a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts and precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation. The reducers are available in various mounting options: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN), with the option for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
