Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges, standard hollow output bores, and come pre-filled with mineral oil. They feature a 2-year warranty, ball bearings on the input and output shafts, and precision ground gears to enhance rotation and reduce operational noise. The speed reducers can be configured in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, and are available with single shaft and double shaft output kits.
