Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, featuring box sizes ranging from 37 to 97 and speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. The speed reducers include a 2-year warranty and boast special features such as ball bearings on the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to ensure improved rotation and quieter operation. They are available in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to suit diverse application needs.
