Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes 37-97, supporting 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, coming pre-filled with mineral oil. They include a 2 year warranty and are equipped with ball bearings on both input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and ensure quieter operation. The reducers are offered in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) configurations, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
