Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes 37-97 and offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit includes NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil. The speed reducers feature ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears, ensuring improved rotation and quieter operation. They can be configured in various mounting styles: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available, and the product is backed by a 2-year warranty.
