Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, supporting 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios between 5:1 and 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil. The speed reducers include a 2-year warranty and incorporate special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to enhance rotation efficiency and reduce noise. They are available in multiple mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available.
