Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are offered in box sizes 37-97, designed to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key attributes include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce operational noise. The reducers are available in three mounting styles: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered.
