Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors and are available in box sizes 37-97, offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they are pre-filled with mineral oil. A 2-year warranty supports the reliability of these products. Special features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears which enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The reducers can be configured in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
