Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, is pre-filled with mineral oil, and includes a 2-year warranty. The reducers are equipped with ball bearings on both input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears to ensure enhanced rotation and quieter operation. Customers can choose from foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) configurations, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits available.
