Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are offered in box sizes 37-97, designed to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, comes pre-filled with mineral oil, and is backed by a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and provide quieter operation. The reducers are available in various mounting styles including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are also provided.
