Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes 37-97 and speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, which are pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts and precision ground gears that enhance rotation and minimize noise. The reducers can be mounted in various configurations including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered to accommodate different installation requirements.
