Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes 37-97 with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, pre-filled with mineral oil. The reducers come with a 2-year warranty and incorporate special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. They are offered in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), and B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available.
