Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units have NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers include a 2-year warranty. Special features comprise ball bearings on the input and output shafts along with precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation. The units are available in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, and both single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered.
