Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty and include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. Options for mounting include foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, with available single shaft and double shaft output kits.
