Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors and are offered in box sizes 37-97 with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers feature ball bearings on both the input and output shafts and precision ground gears, which enhance rotation and facilitate quieter operation. They are available in three mounting styles: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered. Each unit is backed by a 2-year warranty.
