Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. Offering a 2-year warranty, these reducers include special features such as ball bearings on the input and output shafts and precision ground gears, which enhance rotation and minimize noise. The units are available in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available.
