Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers include a 2-year warranty and are equipped with special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears to enhance rotation and ensure quieter operation. Available mounting configurations include foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, and options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are also provided.
