Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil. The speed reducers are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key attributes include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The reducers are offered in various configurations, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
