Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They include a 2-year warranty, with special attributes such as ball bearings on the input and output shafts and precision ground gears, which contribute to enhanced rotational efficiency and quieter operation. These speed reducers are available in multiple mounting styles including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available for flexible installation options.
