The refrigerator is made using stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, ensuring cleanliness and longevity. It features ABS sheet door liners that resist water condensation and enhance thermal efficiency. The design includes a cutting board side rail and bracket for easy attachment and removal of the cutting board. The kit includes an insulated pan cover, four 4"D condiment pans, stainless wire shelves, and high-density polyurethane insulation. The cold air compartment is designed to maintain an even temperature for each pan, preserving fresh food for longer periods. The doors are equipped with easy grip handles and magnetic door gaskets. The efficient refrigeration system is powered by an oversized and balanced R-134A refrigeration unit, complemented by efficient evaporators and condensers. The refrigerator operates within a temperature range of 33 to 39°F for optimal food preservation, while the hot gas condensate system is treated to resist corrosion. It is mobile, mounted on 5" swivel casters, with half of them being locking casters. It operates at 115V and is UL listed, NSF approved, and ISO 9001 & CEC certified.
