The GF Series-Glass Frosters is a comprehensive line of glass frosters available in sizes of 24", 34", and 48" to suit various applications. The shallow well design offers easy access to the interior base, enhancing user convenience. The flexible design allows for plate storage and chilling through the removal of adjustable shelving. The cabinet construction features an attractive, wear-resistant vinyl on steel exterior in a black finish, with options for a stainless steel exterior. The standard interior consists of galvanized steel with sliding stainless steel lids that are easily removable for cleaning. Foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation improves the structural strength of the cabinet while enhancing energy efficiency. The refrigeration system operates with R404A refrigerant, ensuring compliance with environmental safety standards. It includes an automatic defrost mechanism for the coils, accompanied by a built-in condensate evaporator system that eliminates the need for floor drains or additional plumbing, with automatic and non-electric condensate elimination. The electrical units come wired from the factory and are ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and a 6' long cord and plug set is included.
