The GF Series Glass Frosters offers a comprehensive line of glass frosters with sizes available in 24", 34", and 48" to suit various applications. Its shallow well design provides user-friendly access to the interior base, while the flexible design allows for plate storage and chilling by removing adjustable shelving. The cabinet features standard construction with a durable, wear-resistant vinyl exterior in a black finish, and it is equipped with a stainless steel top, easy glide lids, and a countertop with edge. There are stainless exterior options available as well. The interior is constructed of galvanized steel, complemented by sliding, easily removable stainless steel lids for straightforward cleaning. The foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation enhances the cabinet's structural strength and boosts energy efficiency. The refrigeration system employs R404A refrigerant, adhering to environmental safety standards, and features automatic defrost of coils along with a built-in condensate evaporator system, which negates the need for floor drains or additional plumbing. The condensation elimination process is automatic and non-electric. The electrical units come pre-wired at the factory and are ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, including a 6-foot long cord and plug set.
