GF Series-Glass Frosters is the most complete line of glass frosters available, with sizes of 24", 34", and 48" to fit various applications. The shallow well design allows for user-friendly access to the interior base, while flexibility in design enables plate storage and chilling through adjustable shelving removal. The cabinet construction features an attractive, wear-resistant vinyl on steel in a black finish, with an optional stainless steel exterior. It is equipped with a stainless steel top, easy glide lids, and a countertop with edges, while the standard interior utilizes galvanized steel with sliding, easily removable stainless steel lids for cleaning. Foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation enhances structural strength and energy efficiency. The refrigeration system utilizes R404A refrigerant, compliant with environmental safety concerns, and includes automatic defrost of coils as standard, along with a built-in condensate evaporator system that eliminates the need for floor drains or additional plumbing, as condensate elimination is automatic and non-electric. Electrical units are wired at the factory for easy connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and a 6' long cord and plug set are included.
