Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They also include a 2-year warranty. Notable features encompass ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears to enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The KAN style comes standard with B14 mounting, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be obtained as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available for varied applications.
