Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, supporting 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They include a 2-year warranty for added assurance. Key features include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and minimize noise during operation. The KAN style model is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mounts and B5 flange mounts are offered as separate accessories. Additionally, options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are also available, ensuring flexibility in application.
