Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These reducers have a 2-year warranty, and special features include ball bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style unit comes standard with B14 mounting, with torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts available as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are also offered, providing versatile options for various installation needs.
