Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate NEMA frame motors ranging from 1/4 HP to 30 HP, with box sizes available from 37 to 97, and speed ratios between 5:1 and 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and is pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers come with a 2-year warranty and are equipped with special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce noise during operation. The KAN style is fitted with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased separately. Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered to provide further customization.
