Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty, with special features including ball bearings on both the input and output shafts and precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and reduce noise. The KAN style standardly includes B14 mounting, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased separately. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to cater to various application needs.
