Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97, designed to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors across speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers feature ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to ensure improved rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style model includes B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available. Each unit is backed by a 2-year warranty.
