Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers include a 2-year warranty and incorporate special features such as ball bearings on the input and output shafts and precision ground gears, which enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be acquired separately as accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered.
