Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for performance across a range of applications, supporting 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with box sizes 37-97 and speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they are pre-filled with mineral oil. They come with a 2-year warranty and incorporate special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation and ensure quieter operation. The standard KAN style includes B14 mounting, while additional options such as torque arm mounts and B5 flange mounts are available separately. Furthermore, both single shaft and double shaft output kits can be provided to meet specific operational needs.
