Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate NEMA frame motors ranging from 1/4 HP to 30 HP and are available in box sizes 37-97 with speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and are pre-filled with mineral oil. They come with a 2-year warranty and include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased separately. Additional options include single shaft and double shaft output kits, enhancing versatility and performance.
