Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, are pre-filled with mineral oil, and include a 2-year warranty. The design incorporates ball bearings on both the input and output shafts along with precision ground gears to enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is standard with B14 mounting, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased separately. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to cater to diverse application requirements.
