Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes 37-97 and offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, pre-filled with mineral oil and backed by a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for improved rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be purchased separately. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to enhance versatility.
