Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they are pre-filled with mineral oil. Each unit is backed by a 2-year warranty, ensuring reliability. Technical features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that contribute to enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style comes standard with B14 mounting, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are available as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be provided to suit various applications.
