Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are offered in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, featuring speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units include NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, are pre-filled with mineral oil, and are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key attributes comprise ball bearings on the input and output shafts and precision ground gears, which enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are available as separate accessories. Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits can be obtained.
