Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors and are available in box sizes 37-97, offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. These speed reducers have a 2-year warranty and incorporate special features such as ball bearings on the input and output shafts and precision ground gears, which enhance rotation efficiency and contribute to quieter operation. The KAN style is equipped with standard B14 mounting options, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be obtained as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered.
