Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, offering speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges, standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil, all backed by a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to enhance rotation and minimize operational noise. The KAN style version is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are available as separate accessories. Additionally, options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are also provided.
